DARCARS Automotive Group is now seeking an Accounting/Data Entry Clerk DARCARS Automotive Group is looking for a full-time Accounting/Data Entry Clerk to perform a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions in the dealership accounting office. The successful candidate will have high energy, be able to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, with a desire to learn. Qualifications:
1 year of experience with QuickBooks software preferred
1-2 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education
Computer literate to include working with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience working with office equipment such as copier, mail machine, adding machine
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Responsibilities:
Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data
Process all vendor payments monthly
Maintain vendor files
